  • GOLD ALLOY

    GOLDBRAZE 5050 can be used on any of the common ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. This alloy exhibits good wetting characteristics on metallized ceramics. Typical applications include brazing of electron tubes, vacuum tubes, radar devices, and wave guides in the electronic industry. This alloy is readily used in the brazing of ceramic to metal seals.

  • HIGH SILVER ALLOYS VACUUM GRADE

    PAL 5 can be used on any of the common ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. The most common base materials joined are kovar and Mo/Mn seals. Due to its low vapor pressure compared to standard silver base filler metals, PAL 5 is suitable for use in all vacuum applications such as electronic valve construction, and vacuum tube construction in electronic industry. Often this alloy is used in brazing of metalized ceramics to nickel-cobalt-iron assemblies and in glass to metal seals.

  • NICKEL ALLOYS

    AMS 4776 is a general purpose nickel brazing alloy which can be used for a wide variety of applications. This alloy is typically used for joining super alloys, stainless steels and alloys requiring good joint strength at high temperature while maintaining good corrosion and oxidation resistant characteristics. Due to the low carbon content AMS 4776 exhibits low carbide precipitation.
